I have tideied this up a bit, but agree with the addition of the templates on this page. What 4 best sources do we have to establish that the page subject meets WP:N for a wikipedia article? He is an author, yes, but not a notable author. He founded but stepped away from Yes Cymru, and in any case, that is just an advocacy/campaign group.
