Validity, Reliability, and Norming
I think any assessment article needs this, as these are what assessment is all about as it comes, or should come, directly from research.
This (obviously) has high face validity, but is probably biased towards those who give the test: human resources types. --John Bessa (talk) 15:39, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
