I changed A to B in the statement of the theorem because the previous form was incorrect. B has to be finite-dimensional central simple but not A. For example, the Skolem-Noether theorem is certainly true for morphisms between proper finite field extensions and central simple finite dimensional algebras but the former are never central simple (they are their own centre).
