Even though it is commonly used, 'Slovakian' is not the proper term to use when describing someone or something that is Slovak. In this case, rather than just cold edit all of the usages of Slovakian, I'd like to ask the author is the term 'Slovakian' used in the official canine guides or sources for this dog? Or is this just a self-translation? Demokratickid (talk) 14:30, 26 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
If the official breed standard calls it "Slovakian" then however gratingly incorrect that is, it must stand and therefore I stand corrected. Obviously, I must take up this issue with a different, higher authority haha! Demokratickid (talk) 02:46, 27 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
