What is it good for?

The article doesn't properly explain what this Slow Keys feature helps, for what kind of disability. To me, it sounds counter-productive - for any sort of physical difficulty pressing keys, how does adding yet another requirement (the amount of time you need to press a key) make it easier? I can understand disabling key auto-repeat, but what does it help to not register the first press? I must be missing something, and ideally the article should explain what... Perhaps for users who have palsy or other movement disorders, which could lead to much unintentional tapping of keys? DS (talk) 14:19, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
