Convex Hull

edit

I think the convex hull is incorrect. I make it a form of pentakis dodecahedron, (with rather lower pentagonal pyramids than in the Catalan solid). Robert Stanforth (talk) 20:56, 12 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Checked and corrected. Thanks! Tom Ruen (talk) 21:25, 12 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Counterexample to Grünbaum's conjecture

edit

The conjecture: "The small triambic icosahedron is the only Euclidean isohedron with convex faces of six or more sides."

The small hexagonal hexecontahedron was excluded by Grünbaum due to it having coincident vertices, but it can be deformed such that the vertices no longer coincide.
