Contested deletion
editThis article should not be speedy deleted as lacking sufficient context to identify its subject, because... (it is Canada's fastest-growing poutine fast-food chain) --Tempo21 (talk) 21:15, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
- When I tagged the article, there was nothing there. I don't think the article should be deleted now, and I have removed the CSD request. However, the article really should have more about the company, and less about poutine itself, since we already have an article on that. - ArglebargleIV (talk) 21:39, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
Logo
editIs there anything interesting to be said about the logo, and its appearances all over Toronto? I've seen the face pasted to various surfaces (road sign, subway advertisements, bulletin boards, temporary wooden walls to keep pedestrians from wandering into construction) around Toronto for years, and only recently found out what the face was for. (It's always pasted with no text - just the face.) Cythraul (talk) 22:32, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
- The stickers are just an advertising strategy. We hand them out like candy to drunk people (the core of our clientele) and they post them all over the place. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.1.231.13 (talk) 01:01, 2 August 2013 (UTC)
Not named after Ryan Smolkin
editSmoke's is actually named after some guy he met when he was younger (in the late 80's), in the woods outside Ottawa. It's mentioned in both the training manual and on the website I believe. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.1.231.13 (talk) 01:04, 2 August 2013 (UTC)
Competition
editI recall, but sadly I have no proof, that Burger King introduced poutine on their menu way back in the early nineties. Can anyone else confirm, or provide proof?

Multiple dead links to outdated information
editAccording to their own website they only have 49 locations in Canada. While they did open some locations in the USA, no locations is listed on their website. I am adding deal link template, after searching for archived info. Absolutely Certainly (talk) 00:08, 21 August 2022 (UTC)
