Discounting and the Paradox of the Indefinitely Postponed Splurge (Rendall 2018) - This article seems to be talking about how to set the social discount rate based on the risk of existential catastrophe, but I do not have access to it through my university (yet).
Discounting for Patient Philanthropists (Trammell 2020, forthcoming)
