"Rumors floated among monks there that Soen had grown his hair out and let his fingernails grow long while locking himself in his bungalow on Ryutaku-ji's grounds. Some of the monks[who?] said he was beginning to wet himself and that he had gone crazy. Classical music could be heard coming from his little home late at night."
I removed this passage. It came from book Crazy Clouds, page 174. Perle Besserman reports
conversation she had with monks when she visited Ryutaku-ji in 1983. This is exact quote of her words so ask her who said this. As a rumor it does not belong here.Spt51 (talk) 03:09, 11 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
