editCan you please delete this page? Or at least vastly edit it. "Soft grunge" is not a legitimate subgenre of music, it's just a fashion trend. Most of the artists listed fall into actual categories of music, mostly indie pop. If you listen to the artists that are listed, there is not a single noticeable grunge influence in it. This is just a ridiculous Tumblr fad. Even bands like The Pretty Reckless are not "soft grunge" but rather post-grunge. "Soft grunge" in music would pretty much be synonymous with post-grunge bands like Seether, Nickelback, Foo Fighters, etc.
Notability

And sending it to AfD is not the next step. What sources are being used here to show that the article passes the general notability guideline? Lana del Rey & Charli XCX: music genre or aesthetic/style?
editThis source refers to a "'carelessly' cultivated SoCal soft grunge aesthetic (see: Lana Del Rey)," which I think has more to do with fashion trends (or a categorization of digital imagery) than musical genres. There are many things wrong with this article.
editThe first thing I'd like to point out is that this sounds an awful lot like an essay. As we know, wikipedia is not a site for essays. Second, There are six individual instances of "[citation needed]", one of "[broken citation]", and one of "[not in citation given]". KarkityVantas (talk) 18:43, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
