Was this article deleted before by one of the Wikipedia deletionists? It should also be noted and relatively easy to find references that he was also one of the nastiest humans to populate the Earth. This needs to be added to the article, otherwise this article represents a wholly untrue narrative. He was chosen as NYC's Worst Landlord 2 years in a row and was sued by his own wife and children in well-publicized lawsuits. He was at his nicest point an abusive human being...He and his business partner went bankrupt in the 1970s. His real estate strategy was to buy prime properties and never do repairs to them regardless of the outcome of lawsuits (a caveat of American juris prudence is civil law cannot enforce or correct criminal malfeasance). Rather than eulogizing and glorifying monsters, Wikipedia needs to present both sides. History did not begin in the year 2005... Stevenmitchell (talk) 12:59, 3 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
