I suggest discussing what the Group 90 is and why this artist helped found it (with sources as practical). That way the citation can be used in the body of the article rather than the lead. Also, more citations to articles and books with substantial coverage of this artist would be helpful. It's not clear whether he's notable according to Wikipedia guidelines with the limited references presently included. ChildofMidnight (talk) 21:57, 18 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
Work on Namasivayam is still ongoing, and currently much of the information is available on his early life and found in the Archives. Developments to Group 90 and his involvement to bringing figurative art into the limelight, as a result of the Group's continued efforts, are also found in the information housed in the Archives.
