the headings should not be history then subheadings of bilateral relations. this article is solely about bilateral relations. convention is there is a history section then other headings as appropriate: aid, state visits, trade etc. LibStar (talk) 06:26, 13 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
The development cooperation can't be framed according to Turkey or Somalia alone, as it is bilateral involving both governments. Additionally, Somaliland is internationally recognized as an autonomous region of Somalia, including by both Somalia's and Turkey's governments. The national reconciliation talks that Turkey is mediating between the federal government in Mogadishu and the secessionist regional authorities in Hargeisa should therefore not be presented as talks between two separate countries.
