About the B-side "Talk Tonight"
editFrom Talk Tonight: It was inspired by the near-breakup of the band in Los Angeles in autumn 1994, when Noel walked out without telling anyone and headed for San Francisco. (Emphasis mine). Inconsistency in where he went? RoguePat 19:39, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
- I believe its generally accepted and Noel-confirmed that it was San Francisco. More pertinent on the Talk Tonight page, though. 75.56.213.171 (talk) 09:46, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Inspired by
edit"The track was apparently inspired by the Small Faces and/or T-Rex." Sounds quite trivial to me. I mean, what is that supposed to mean? Isn't the whole band inspired by The Small Faces and T.Rex? If it's obvious they copied music from a Small Faces or T. Rex song, as with Cigarettes & Alcohol, fine. But "apparently" makes it sound like a very dubious claim. --91.178.244.125 (talk) 16:56, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
Song's intro
editOn some versions of "Some Might Say", and just before the track starts on the Morning Glory album, you hear a strange noise that I think was slowed down mumbling, wasn't that Noel saying "fuckin' 'ell!"? Andrew07 (talk) 15:20, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
