Completely agree with that, calling a database as a graphdb is too general and probably will make most of the people not to understand this concept.

This article should be named "sones GraphDB" as this is the exact title of their product. "GraphDB" is too general or generic and might confuse a lot of readers, as there are multiple products out there using the term "GraphDB" and nearly all graph database researchers and vendors use this as a short version of their product (e.g. on Twitter):
