OtherNames had a bunch of catalog and database identifiers. These are not "other names". eg "Q27896123" is the Wikidata identifier that would link to the page when it becomes an article.
The SMILES did not indicate the stereoisomer "CC1=C(C(=C2CCC(OC2=C1C)(C)C(=O)NC3CCCNC3)C)O" does not show what is happening at the stereocentres. For most natural products, this is important.
"Catno = I007499" seems to have no effect on the display. For drugs, there is {{drugbox}} that has increased parameters for drugs. A Chembox Pharmacology section is also available in the Chembox.
For some references, they are showing errors, because they were put in as a "cite journal" when they were from the clinical trials website and have no journal. Probably should use "cite web".
