Sonoma Diet
A bias towards home cooking just to sell cookbooks? What is wrong with that? We are dying because of our tendency towards fastfood and we have gotten away from cooking at home. I support the sonoma diet because of the fact that most of the health problems in America today is caused by our own lifestyle most notably our diet. People (myself included) eat horribly so it is nice to have somebody who offers a diet that gets back to the roots of having a wellbalanced and healthy diet but also allows us to get into foods that we may actually like. It may be hard becauuse we are so used to greasy cheeseburgers but the foods in the sonoma diet is wholesome and could taste good.
