Minor point about the name
editJust changed "the area" to "Pacific Northwest". The Sonora explored clear to Alaska, but didn't go anywhere near the Discovery Islands. The island was named in honor of the ship, not so much for the ships having much to do with the island itself. Just a minor point. I like all the additions you are making to PNW geography pages. I don't have the book cited, but I'm assuming my change conforms to what it says. Pfly (talk) 05:26, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
- I hadn't caught the point you are making, but checking the sources, you are right. Thanks for catching that. --KenWalker | Talk 06:28, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
