Contrary to what is stated on this page, the rank sotilasmestari, despite being a non-commissioned or warrant officer rank, actually outranks vänrikki (2nd lieutenant). This way no freshly-minted 2nd lieutenant can even in theory boss around the most senior NCO in the company. 62.183.251.50 (talk) 11:13, 24 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
