Depictions of "Jan van Riebeeck"
editIt has been common knowledge since about 1985 that the original South African Rand does not, in fact, depict Jan van Riebeeck, but rather Bartholomeus Vermuyden.
Yet other than for a single mention in a single paragraph, the entire article references the depiction of Jan van Riebeeck on the notes.
If there is no objection, I am going to correct all of these mistakes in a few weeks' time. Janneman27 (talk) 05:00, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
