Please add Sea Pines Montessori to the list of schools. It is a private school next door to Hilton Head Prep.Lowcountrywriter (talk) 13:35, 6 April 2010 (UTC)

- I have lived here all my life, and I have never heard of that school. Skiendog (talk) 04:35, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
- I think it's one of those montessori school things that aren't accredited by any organization other than their own, and only go for a few grades... that kind of thing. they are rather cultish from what I understand.

Edit Request Horry County
editPlease remove references to the Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach, and Conway. This area has always been referred to as the Pee Dee Region of the state and shares little to no cultural similarity to The Lowcountry. Myersfa (talk) 20:04, 28 February 2012 (UTC)
Needs editing by a neutral party
editThe introduction is not from the required neutral point of view. It's a chamber-of-commerce type thing, not suitable for an encyclopedia.

I agree. The article in its current form is too heavily sourced by local tourism websites. Particularly regarding the geographic definition, it conspicuously disregards the state's perspective. - ReverendRambo July 6, 2021
Georgia too?
editI know this article is about the SC Lowcountry, but Lowcountry redirects here. People around Savannah also call their area the low country, so shouldn't part of Georgia be included? Bubba73 You talkin' to me? 01:49, 27 October 2014 (UTC)

History Section?
editIt seems odd that this article does not have a history section or link to a relevant page. Would appreciate feedback.
