editUser:Billblablasmith continues to add the following paragraph:
"Woodland Hills Condo's is part of southgate and is part of a Homeowner association and have no shortage of rules and regulations dictating properly how homeowners are to conduct themselves and use their property. Ted has been at Woodland Hills almost 6 years and has been in the maintenance field for over 16 years and also serves as Honorary Junior Deputy, this includes enforcing the arbitrary de facto regulations. Some examples you could find your self getting a fake (Junior deputy) ticket include; parking on a one side of the parking lot, having expired tags on your vehicle, backing in instead of pulling into a parking space, using a separate parking spot every few days and free speech, to name a few. Residents usually know a ticket is coming due to the roaring loud utility vehicle aka the bull dog, used by maintenance to drive up and down the road. There are no other sport utility vehicles to confuse this sleep killer with; since they are banned and not allowed on the premises.[1]"
This rant violates WP:NPOV, and is clearly original research not supported by the ref he provided.– Gilliam (talk) 02:16, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
