Wilno region 1939-1941

Wilno region belonged to Poland till 1946, when the Polish Communist government ceded it to the Soviet Union. If you describe Soviet deportations in 1940-1941 borders you include Polish citizens.

If you mention Estonia, you should mention Eastern Poland, both were occupied by the Soviet Union. Xx236 (talk) 07:09, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
