Not necessarily concentration camps
editThe Soviet special camps were not necessarily former concentration camps. The German POW camp Stalag IV-B, Mühlberg became such a camp. That was not a concentration camp; it's important to make the distinction. 140.147.160.78 12:43, 20 June 2007 (UTC)Stephen Kosciesza
Redirected to NKVD special camps
editI recently created NKVD special camps and found this article only later. Since the new article is much more detailed and sourced, while this one was not, I redirected this one to NKVD special camps after merging one sentence about the Sachsenhausen mass graves and the external links section from here. All other content was redundant.
Since the only significant contributor to this article, User:HanzoHattori, is indef blocked, I had no way of building consensus with him first. If someone cares and thinks "Soviet special camps" would be a better title than "NKVD special camps", I am open for discussion. "Soviet" is more easily recognized, while "NKVD" is more precise.
