Talk:Space (French band)

Untitled

edit

The title is too long. Ideas:

  • (French band)
  • (Electronic band)

Yes, I agree. (French band) seems the best bet.

1. Marouani himself, on his Facebook page, indicated that Monaco is the right city. The easiest way to leave the designation is "French group";

2. The participation of Joe Hammer in the "founding group" is not confirmed. His name officially appears on the second album "Space". In addition to Marouani, only the arranger Roland Romanelli and singer Madeline Bell was indicated as the official member of the group on the Magic Fly album https://www.discogs.com/Space-Magic-Fly/release/1477116

3. The active composition of the group is listed on the group’s page on Facebook https://web.facebook.com/pg/Didier.Marouani.et.spAce/about/?ref=page_internal

4. All albums of the group until 1980 were released under the name "Space". The name "Didier Marouani and SpAce" appeared much later and was not used constantly https://www.discogs.com/artist/5705-Space

I would add that direct quotes attributed to Marouani in this article are in fact paraphrased. I have read the original French and it is quite different.
