Large Page Restructure and Content Update

I can get screenshots of the Space Bucks manual, which is in the form of a help file accessed in game, and upload them. That does constitute fair use if they are low-res shots, yes? All of the information in the page already, and a lot more, is covered in the manual and I was wondering if the page should be restructured to break down just like the manual does, complete with internal links. Would it be better to restructure the content to fit a specific schema and just reference the pictures? Should I grab the screenshots and post them here first for discussion?
