Castilian

edit

It's not really called "Castilian," but rather Castellano...

Duh, yes, in Spanish it is. But this is the English Wikipedia. — Chameleon 10:16, 28 May 2005 (UTC)Reply
But in English, "Castilian" is something different. — LlywelynII 05:12, 27 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ethnic Group?

edit

Since when was Spanish an ethnicity? Isn't it a nationality?

Have you read Spanish people?--Commander Keane 10:52, 18 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Completely agree with Commander Keane. Does these article means that each European nationality is an ethnicity? Please correct that Spanish is an ethnicity as it sounds ridiculous. 06/11/07 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.93.169.148 (talk) 16:42, 6 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Commander Keane you asked, "Since when was Spanish an ethnicity? Isn't it a nationality?" and from what I know is that nationality is the nation you live in and ethnicity is your heritage. So to me this question doesn't make sense. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Can anyone here speak Spanish? If you can then go to my user page and then dicussion and put your best Spanish paragraph under the Spanish contest discussion. Don't use a dictionary. Sign your name at the bottom of this discussion and in the 'discussion' article on my user page. Happy hablar.

Spanish Languages

edit

Of course all languages spoken in Spain can be seen as Spanish Languages, but adding such an entry does not give any useful information for readers, it just confuses them. --Jotamar (talk) 18:39, 31 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

It is USEFUL… they're all officially recognized by the Council of Europe.

That's the neutral vision, how come wikipedia still be promoting it has embraced the neutrality… yet still is biased about the spanish languages? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 191.115.30.132 (talkcontribs)
