Moved from main page, for when Ferrándiz y Niño's page finally gets created.

"José Ferrándiz y Niño, a Spanish Admiral, born in Seville in 1847 and dead in Madrid in 1912. He was Spanish Navy minister between 1903-1904 and 1907 – 1909."
