The WP:FOOTY project does not apply transfers until the start of the transfer even when the contracts have been signed, or technically, a pre-contract has been signed. See the history of FC Bayern Munich, Pep Guardiola and Manchester City F.C.. There are several transfers that will take effect 1 July. None have been applied.
