Current status/history of unit?
editHello, I'm trying to figure out the current status of this unit. The article makes it seem that it only existed during World War II but in one place mentions "Today's Special Services Branch" with regard to the Marines. Further, it never notes any organizational changes or possible disbandment. Does anybody have a better sense of this, and how entertainment is currently organized within the US military itself (ie, not the USO. Speaking of the USO -- this article clearly should clarify its relationship to that org? I'm not even really sure where to start with cleaning up this article so any thoughts are appreciated. - - mathmitch7 (talk/contribs) 17:15, 26 March 2021 (UTC)
Isn't Special Services known as MWR today?
editIsn't Special Services known as Morale, Welfare & Recreation today? Army and Navy have their own separate MWR programs. Bill S. (talk) 13:03, 14 March 2023 (UTC)
