I started to edit this Wiki page to share the history of Spencer Trask & Co. (speficially its founding and historical invesments). In doing so, I removed a redirect leading to Mr. Trask's Wiki page. - It's not independently notable, and the article that replaced the redirect would need to show that it is. As a new user, I strongly recommend that you do all article creations, including overwrites of redirects, through the drafting / WP:AFC process. MrOllie (talk) 20:22, 23 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

I looked through previous versions of this article, and problems included unencyclopedic writing and insufficient citations. However, given that this was founded way back in 1881 and is associated with notable companies, it's definitely notable enough for Wikipedia (WP:CORP, WP:GNG).
