It wasn't. That's the problem. Just look at the article's edit history. It was sloppenly redirected to the "better/proper title". It had to be changed back per Wikipedia's editing policies or it would continue to be a violation of GNU Free Documentation License. Sadly, if you'll see the talk page and edit history of Juila, the user who made these edits, you'll notice she's been accused of sockpuppetry and has a history of making bad "move" attempts. Still, I suppose the article should suffer for her mistakes. Moving the right is always an option, even if it requires Admin help. I'll look into it. ACS (Wikipedian)Talk16:10, 19 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
