Page move explanation

Spotsylvania Courthouse is no longer accepted on mailing addresses and the area has switched to strictly Spotsylvania Virginia. Spotsylvania is a CDP similar to Stafford in this regard and has a separate article from Spotsylvania County , which also includes portions of the Fredericksburg area (22407 and 22408) thus making this difference a necessity to be explained VxKg342 (talk) 13:18, 24 July 2024 (UTC)

I do not think that any explanations are really needed, you clearly know the material better than anyone else who can possibly get involved, issue is "technical" (this should be moved without a discussion, but the technical restrictions of the wiki-engine prevent you - or me - from doing so).
