I suspect that this is wrong and possibly due to confusion with St. Augustine University in Tanzania. Reasons: There is no citation. St. Augustine of North Carolina does not offer such a degree. I found mention of the degree being from St. Augustine U of Tanzania elsewhere. It seems implausible.
