It's late (here) and perhaps a little much was borrowed from the hospital's web site, but I believe I was careful that the sentences borrowed all express a fact and not just a direct copy from the site. There are only so many ways to express some facts. At the very least that probably qualifies as fair use since only a tiny portion of the site was used at all, not for competitive commercial purposes, etc. I will continue to edit the material to try and get a more encyclopedic feel to it, but since there were multiple links to the (non-existent) page it seemed like it really needed to get some basic facts in place. Even if most of the text is (IMHO unnecessarily) deleted, I think the PAGE shouldn't be deleted. HDow06:10, 16 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
Hi HDow,
I double-checked several sections of both pages and came to the conclusion that the earlier version was too close to comfort, hence my tagging it for WP:CSD. However, you then made significant enough changes that I was actually coming back to remove the tag when Royalbroil beat me to the punch. So I just wanted to let you know that I endorse that removal and no longer see any copyright problems with the page. --jonny-mt(t)(c)Tell me what you think!06:46, 16 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
