17R / 35L
editWhat's the deal with runway 17R / 35L? It looks like it's basically a taxiway that was made into a very small runway as an afterthought. Does anybody have the story behind that? Vid the Kid (t/c) Yeah, that guy. 05:24, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, it's the parallel taxiway for runway 17L/35R and is also used as a daytime-only, VFR runway for light aircraft. JGHowes talk 02:11, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

German backstory?
editNo explanation is given in the article for the bilingual English/German signage in the airport. Personally, I always found that to be its most distinctive feature. Ought we not to address that? Carolynparrishfan (talk) 04:12, 22 August 2018 (UTC)
