The last vicar of St. Mary's was the Reverend Canon Dr Giles Fraser, who was also lecturer in philosophy at Wadham College, Oxford, and an authority on Nietzsche, and who is currently the parish priest at St Mary's, Newington, in the Elephant and Castle. - I'm not sure I understand this bit. Does it mean Dr Fraser was the last vicar at the church (before a parish merge?), or does it mean he used to be vicar here? Bobtalk15:07, 17 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
