I understand the importance of independent sources and have added some more. This page now has many more references, including independent ones, than many buildings in the area which have existing wikipedia pages. I felt that this page should also be created since it is mentioned in many (at least 10) other wikipedia pages and tying that information together by turning those mentions in to links to one page seems helpful. I thank the editor for their feedback, which has prompted me to add more independent sources and hence improved the article, I now feel it is ready to go live.
