editAn ip editor has disputed the accuracy of this page wrt the Estonian use of the rank. It would appear that the same editor has disputed the article on the Estonian wiki, so I'm following that discussion as best I can using machine translation :/ The ip has offered a reference that he says proves his case: here. I don't care enough about the subject to attempt to figure out what it says, but I care about the processes we have so I'm starting this thread as a courtesy. Usage on civilian ships
editThere should probably be a section about the rank's use on civilian ships. Many modern day passenger ships, particularly cruise ships, have a staff captain on board.
