Too much Zuckermann?
editDoes anyone else feel that there's currently too much about Wolfgang Zuckermann in this article? I mean, Zuckermann was an important person in the history of the harpsichord revival and it's suitable to record his residence at Stafford Barton. But the gaucheries he wrote about British people in the Village Voice really don't tell us anything about Stafford Barton itself. Also, the reasons Zuckermann left America are really complicated and obscure -- he told different people different things (see Wolfgang Zuckermann for some of the details). The Stafford Barton article endorses only one account among many, and since it's a complicated issue it really ought to be discussed appear in the Zuckermann article and not here.
Ok to trim back a bit? Opus33 (talk) 17:48, 11 November 2016 (UTC)
- I've only just seen this: I should probably take more care to look at talk pages before I start editing. Anyway, I agree with you, and I've trimmed it a bit more. —SMALLJIM 10:09, 22 January 2017 (UTC)
