This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (nonsense, this person is relevant and many languages of Wikipedia already have an article on him) --Polska jest Najważniejsza (talk) 15:20, 29 December 2017 (UTC) Reply

Also, just a quick search on Google Books would reveal the relevance. Thousands of hits! Polska jest Najważniejsza (talk) 16:12, 29 December 2017 (UTC) sockReply

@Polska jest Najważniejsza: How is this person relevant though? Other language Wikipedias may have their own criteria for articles. A Google Books search should not be required to reveal relevance, that should be apparent in the article. Perhaps you might want to work on this in the draftspace? This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the interwiki links (especially) the Polish WP provide plenty of information that establish the importance / credibility. For example, Dobrowolski was decorated with numerous state awards by the Polish government. --Darwinek (talk) 19:39, 30 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

The interwiki links are not the article, but the contents of the article are. What we currently have doesn't not tell the reader how Dobrowolski is important. This claim of numerous state awards is not in the article. Emir of Wikipedia (talk) 16:56, 31 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
I would suggest to remove the speedy deletion tag, and just tag the article with unref tag. Alternatively you can submit the article at WP:AFD. - Darwinek (talk) 19:01, 31 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
