Talk:Stanley (drinkware company)

We are in the process of creating a page that explains the history of the Stanley bottle and its relationship to William Stanley, physicist. We will review the wording that was used to make sure that it is not viewed as advertising. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Green1913 (talkcontribs) 20:37, 5 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

rewrite article

edit

This page seems to only be talking about their thermos bottles and should probably include other products to like their quencher tumbler and current manufacturing facilities and warranty information. TheMaggster (talk) 15:32, 27 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

To merge the products to the relevant products section on the company page; for context. Klbrain (talk) 21:13, 21 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Pretty clear WP:NOPAGE issue - this is a product which is trending, and when it stops trending in a few months, it will be forgotten. There's no reason it can't be covered in the fairly small article on the company. ♠PMC(talk) 09:55, 13 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Keep Separate as the creator of course I would like to keep this as a separate page. But the main reason is that one page is a company page and one is a product page that is very hot and trending with hundreds of articles about it, so it deserves to have its own page due to its popularity. I didn't spend too much time creating it, but if someone were to do proper research, there is a lot more info there to add, which means eventually it would need to be separated, even if not now. • Merge, would also support a move to company name. There's a trending water bottle every other year - Camelbaks, Yetis, Hydroflasks. While the press around the company is significant, it would make a richer overall article over the long term to combine - especially considering the trend cycle dieback. originalmesstalk 00:24, 25 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
. Merge, I too support the changing of the name. It would make sense to merge 2 small articles. After all, one is the product and another is the company, I see no reason to hold the merge.Ⓒ𝕝乇тᵉⓇ (α ɯσɾԃ?) 14:10, 2 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Cleter as you say one page is about the company and one about the product, They both contain enough details to have their own pages. Solemylove (talk) 01:04, 12 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

I vote for deleting Stanley bottle. Plus nobody calls it a bottle since it is a cup/tumbler. This is written like an advertisement.

. Merge Merge it — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.105.20.227 (talk) 01:08, 25 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Shouldn't it be named 'Stanley (drinkwear)' or something like that? Zenomonoz (talk) 04:35, 8 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
