I removed this section due to lack of sourcing (needs footnote reference), and speculation that "This project may become..." -- if I remember the phrase right. Someone just needs to source this properly, and leave out the speculative sentence, which includes a reference to a named person (which constitutes original research--not permitted at Wikipedia).
