I have tried to follow the guidelines to a tee. Mgm and CyberGhostface helped me with the problematic parts of this page. Please remove the warnings. --Ohadtpa (talk) 15:22, 11 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

STARLIMS is no longer part of Abbott - reference to the name needs to be removed

edit

  • What I think should be changed:
  • Why it should be changed:
  • References supporting the possible change (format using the "cite" button):

I'm Caroline Araujo, the Global Marketing Manager at STARLIMS. We'd like to request to have the page [1] updated to STARLIMS instead of Abbott Informatics. In 2021, Abbott sold STARLIMS business to Francisco Partners ([2]), so we are no longer part of the Abbott group (legally we need to remove all the references to Abbott).

Also, the logo used in the page is not the latest one and needs to be updated. Please check [3] for the latest logo.

I will move the article per your request.

I can't move it myself, but the page move has been requested and should be done soon. Actualcpscm (talk) 21:22, 30 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Note, consider additional references which may be more reliable, including an Axios story from 2023 and a Businesswire story from 2021. The Bloomberg post mentioned above is clearly identified as a press release. Geoff | Who, me? 18:06, 21 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
Axios' is an one-sentence summary of the said press release. Not in depth, but probably usable for this purpose. Businesswire... is actually a press release as well. – robertsky (talk) 05:15, 1 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
