An editor has been insisting on giving a very promotional bias to this article. I have modified it to make it more suitable for an encyclopedia. Among other things, I have removed peacock terms, a long list of shop and restaurant names in the neighborhood, and added historic background, with references. The editor has reverted the article back to his/her version, and I have canceled this revert. I do not want an edit war to happen here. I suggest the editor to follow Wikipedia's basic guidelines, and some relevant ones to this situation can be found at Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. I am happy to discuss here or on the editor's page how this article can be improved, but I will not let people deface the encyclopedia by pushing blatant advertising. olivier (talk), April 11, 2011.
