Residencies and autonomous regions
editResidencies and autonomous regions were messed up before I edited it.
Minahasa, Sangihe and Talaoed, and Central Celebes are placed in South Celebes?...
Also there were only 12 regions listed eventhough administration have listed the names of 13 regions.
North Celebes perhaps referred to Afdeling Gorontalo, Central Celebes perhaps referred to Afdelingen Donggala and Poso which were also part of North Sulawesi Residency. Dutch Wikipedia confirmed this
