The result of the move request was: Moved to Statue of Alexander Pushkin, Riga (non-admin closure) BegbertBiggs (talk) 19:42, 21 March 2020 (UTC)
Pushkin Statue (Riga) → Statue of Alexander Pushkin (Riga) – WP:VAMOS has been updated and now says: "For portrait sculptures of individuals in public places the forms "Statue of Fred Foo" "Equestrian statue of Fred Foo" or "Bust of Fred Foo" is recommended, unless a form such as "Fred Foo Memorial" or "Monument to Fred Foo" is the WP:COMMONNAME. If further disambiguation is needed, because there is more than one sculpture of the same person with an article, then disambiguation by location rather than the sculptor is usually better." --Another Believer (Talk) 13:59, 10 March 2020 (UTC)
- Move to Statue of Alexander Pushkin, Riga: The next sentence in VAMOS is 'This may be done as either "Statue of Fred Foo (Chicago)" (typically preferred for North America) or "Statue of Fred Foo, Glasgow" (typically preferred elsewhere)'. Ham II (talk) 07:52, 11 March 2020 (UTC)
- Ham II, Yes! Of course, sorry, force of habit. I agree. ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:44, 11 March 2020 (UTC)
