The result of the move request was: moved. Clear evidence that the proposed title is the most common name. Jenks24 (talk) 07:16, 3 January 2016 (UTC)
Stefany Marty → Stefanie Marty – correct spelling of name per [1] [2] [3] Joeykai (talk) 22:30, 15 December 2015 (UTC)--Relisted. Tiggerjay (talk) 01:34, 23 December 2015 (UTC)
- Relisting Comments I was about to close this as moved, but then I noticed the edit who made the change was an experienced editor. I have asked for him to comment on this before formerly closing it. But from a review of the links, as well as on page references, the request appears correct. Tiggerjay (talk) 01:34, 23 December 2015 (UTC)
- Kante4 - please review this move request and provide your insight as to why you changed the spelling on at this diff. Thanks Tiggerjay (talk) 01:34, 23 December 2015 (UTC)
- I just changed the name to the article name and from the IIHF source there was for the specific tournament. Not care about the move. Kante4 (talk) 14:32, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
- "Stephanie Marty" is more commonly used in reliable sources. Meatsgains (talk) 17:58, 27 December 2015 (UTC)
- Support. Using Google News as a metric, and including "hockey" as a search delimiter to avoid false-positives, the current title returns zero results, the move target returns 171 results, and despite the statement immediately above regarding "Stephanie" being more common, that too returns zero results. Meatsgains, what did you look to for that position?--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 16:21, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
