What technical "miracle" is overriding the figures from the info box

... to read a population of "4322" while in the box source data it is given as "4657" ?

Even more curious, I can seem to find neither "4,322" nor "4322" or "322" anywhere in the source.

Same with the date related to it - "31.12.2012" rendered in the box as opposed to "2006-06-30" in the box source.

Help??
