• "The Stephen Court fire was a major fire in a historical building.." Which building?
• I believe the name 'Calcutta' was during the Britishers, now its 'Kolkata'.
• You can also mention the states name in the lead and infobox.
• "A delay in the start of rescue operations was experienced due to inadequate planning." A 'the' is missing somewhere.
• How many people were their on the floors? Were there any injured people who survived?
• The second sentence in the 'Original construction' section seems too long. try splitting it into two.
• "The civic authorities slapped a notice of building code violation on the building's management authorities." Slapped a notice seems informal, kindly rephrase it.
• regularized --> regularised. Indian english.
• "Further investigation revealed a lack of maintenance of the electrical circuitry leading to exposed live wires in the basement, and the wooden main stairs made the building a tinderbox." This sentence should be placed after the incident is mentioned in the article's body.
• Provide alt text for the image.
• Link IST in the lead.
• "In 2016, an unregistered company took the initiative of restoring the heritage building to its former glory." Any name of the company? Also the 'former glory' seems POV-ish.

Yashthepunisher Done mostly. There are only two problems:

• Ref 6 won't archive (I even went to archive.org but found that the snapshots preserved were redirecting to a non-existent page.
• The number of residents living in those floors are quoted differently by different leading dailies (Times of India:300,The Hindu:101,The Telegraph:70) since I could not come to a decision as to which source to use, I decided against adding that information altogether.

All the other comments have been implemented smoothly  — FR⁺ 10:14, 13 March 2018 (UTC)
